Retained Search
We have a non-traditional Retained Search model that is performance-based. The first third of the fee is due upon the start of the search, the second third is due upon a submitted short-list of candidates and a third portion is due upon a successful placement. The quality of a retained search increases dramatically since it enables the search team to implement the right processes and take the requisite amount of time to find the best possible executive candidate.
